Times tables practice completed using https://www.timestables.co.uk/multiplication-tables-check/

Homework is set on a Monday morning and will be marked on the following Monday. The children will stick in their homework sheet in their homework books ready to take home. All homework will be a consolidation of previous learning and not new learning.

Summer 2026: How can we tell stories through art?

Spring 2026: How can our planet show us anger?

This spring term, the children have explored the question “How can our planet show us anger?” The children learnt about natural disasters such as volcanoes, earthquakes and tsunamis, discovering how they are caused, where they occur—including in parts of Spain and the UK—and the impact they have on people and the environment. To link their learning to real-world action, the pupils also made and sold pizzas to raise money for the British Red Cross, supporting those affected by natural disasters. They raised a total of £70!

Autumn 2025: How far have we come?

This autumn term, the children have explored the prehistoric world, learning about how early humans lived in the Stone Age and how life changed as people entered the Bronze Age. They have made comparisons between different periods in history, investigating how tools, technology, and shelter developed over time. Through hands-on activities and research, pupils have deepened their understanding of early human life and the remarkable changes that shaped our past.
