👋 Who are they? Our Diversity Leader is someone who helps make sure everyone in our school feels happy, safe, and included — no matter who they are or where they come from.

💬 What Do They Do?

🧒 Celebrate Differences They help us learn about different cultures, languages, and beliefs — and show us that being different is wonderful!

🎉 Plan Special Events They organise fun days like Culture Week, Diwali celebrations, and Black History Month to help us learn and celebrate together.

🧠 Teach Kindness & Respect They remind us to be kind, fair, and respectful to everyone — in the classroom, on the playground, and everywhere else.

👂 Listen to Everyone They make sure every child’s voice is heard and that everyone feels valued.

🛡️ Stand Up for Fairness They help stop bullying and unfair treatment, and make sure our school is a safe place for all.
