The Curriculum crew is a group of children who specialise in the curriculum and how we teach at Mapplewells. This group were voted for yearly by their classes and meet half-termly with the teaching and learning lead to discuss ways to improve teaching and learning at Mapplewells even more. Some of the activities the children will take part in are pupil voice interviews, learning environment and learning walks. This will then be fed back to staff with positives and next steps shared resulting in the whole school improvement led by children. 

One of our first Curriculum Crew meetings of the year involved us discussing why we loved Mapplewells and started to think of some things we could do together to improve it even more. We then did an environment learning walk around the school's corridors to look at all the brilliant learning on display. 

On the 11th of October, Curriculum crew met to look at all of the amazing changes staff have made to our learning environment. They shared many positives and even better ifs with staff.
