Salary                                               Grade 5, Points 15 –22 (FTE Salary £23,541 - £27,041)

               Part time, Term Time only +2 weeks (actual salary £12,676 - £14,561)

Hours                                                22.5 hours over 3 days per week

The search is on for a positive, highly motivated, Office Manager to lead our wonderful office team!

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is well organised, has experience of business and administration with a good financial background and excellent IT skills
  • Communicates effectively, with the skills to liaise and work alongside parents, staff and multi-agencies
  • Has the confidence to lead a small office team and ensure the smooth running of our busy and fast paced school
  • Is a team player within the whole school setting
  • Has secure knowledge and understanding of working in an educational setting
  • Aims high and is passionate about providing children with the very best opportunities
  • Works hard and is willing to go the extra mile
  • Has a sense of humour

Inspiring Leaders Teacher Training

 

Candleby Lane TSA is a lead deliverer with the Inspiring Leaders Teacher Training SCITT and offers Primary Teacher training in schools across the City and County each year. Inspiring Leaders Teacher Training is a SCITT managed by Candleby Lane TSA and their partners in Leicestershire - Affinity TSA. Through their partnership they aim for a person's training year to be the first step in their career. 

 

The programme offers both QTS and PGCE qualifications and they work in close partnership with Nottingham Trent University and the University of Leicester to accredit this learning. Full details can be found at Inspiring Leaders SCITT website.
