The aim of Enterprise Week is to give the children a greater appreciation of finances and the link between money and work. Each class is given £50.00 and they have to decide how they could increase that amount over the week by organising activities / products that they can sell during the Trade Fair.

 

We linked up with Sutton Community Academy and TTS who came in to see the fantastic work the children carried out. They were very impressed, not only with the various products, but also with how well-behaved and mature the children were. All parents were invited to attend the trade fair and persuaded to part with their hard earned cash!!

 

The winning classes were:

Profit Maximisation - Y3 Junior Gardeners

Innovation Award - F1 Blooming Wonderful

Enterprise Award - Y6 Joose Boost

Entrepreneurial Excellence Award - Y1 Jungle Jelly
