Year 5 Residential
This week, Y5 children went on a residential trip to York. During their stay they visited York Mister, Jorvik Centre and Clifford's Tower on the first day. They also went on an hour-long cruise along the river Ouse! The children stayed in York hostel and loved being responsible for their rooms. They even got rewarded for the tidies room! On the second day the children visited National Railway museum where they got to see the famous steam locomotive - Mallard and The York Castle Museum which wowed them with the fantastic replica of a Victorian cobbled street. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and proudly represented our school in York!
